With profound grief and sorrow, I communicate the passing away of His Grace the Most Rev. Dr. Philipose Mar Chrysostom Mar Thoma Valiya Metropolitan Thirumeni at Fellowship Mission Hospital, Kumbanad. His Grace received his home call at 1.15 AM on 05.05.2021 (IST). Let us remember the great leadership of Thirumeni and blessed guidance and thoughts that he provided to the Mar Thoma Church as well as the whole spiritual community across the world.

ഡോ. ഫിലിപ്പോസ് മാർ ക്രിസോസ്റ്റം മാർത്തോമാ വലിയ മെത്രാപ്പൊലീത്ത വിടവാങ്ങി. 103 വയസായിരുന്നു. കുമ്പനാട്ടെ ഫെലോഷിപ്പ് മിഷൻ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ ഇന്ന് പുലർച്ചെ ഇന്ത്യൻ സമയം 1.15 നായിരുന്നു അന്ത്യം. ശാരീരിക ക്ഷീണത്തെ തുടർന്ന് വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച തിരുവല്ല ബിലീവേഴ്സ് മെഡിക്കൽ കോളജ് ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ച ഡോ. ഫിലിപ്പോസ് മാർ ക്രിസോസ്റ്റം വലിയ മെത്രാപ്പൊലീത്ത ഇന്നലെയാണ് ആശുപത്രി വിട്ടത്.
