Trinity Mar Thoma Church Raffle 2025
Prize Sponsor Visibility Agreement
This agreement outlines the visibility benefits and responsibilities for Prize Sponsors contributing $1,000 or more toward the TMC Raffle 2025. The agreed sponsorship amount stated below is final and non-adjustable.
1. Display Period
Sponsor ads will be displayed from the second week of November 2025 through December 24, 2025 (Finale Day).
2. Display Locations
Sponsor advertisements will appear on the Fellowship Hall TV and Foyer TV.
Note: Each area has one TV. During worship services, these TVs show live sanctuary content. Sponsor ads will only run before or after services, or when no live feed is active.
3. Social Media & Online Visibility
- Prize Sponsors ($1,000+) will be acknowledged on the official Trinity Mar Thoma Church social media platforms, including:
- Church Facebook Page
- Church YouTube Channel (5,000+ subscribers)
- Sponsor names and logos (if provided) will be included in the Raffle Sponsor Appreciation Post/Video during the raffle season.
- Each Prize Sponsor will also receive up to 30 seconds of promotional video time, created or supplied by the sponsor, which will be published on the church’s official social media pages and periodically featured on the Fellowship Hall TV to enhance visibility.
- All videos are subject to review and approval by the Church Office Bearers before publication.
4. Screen Time Rotation (Prize Sponsors – $1,000 and above)

5. Finale Day Privileges
- These privileges apply only on December 24:
- Sponsor will be invited to the stage to pick the winning ticket for the prize they sponsored.
- Sponsor may place one (1) banner sized 8 ft × 4 ft at the Trinity Center or in the Fellowship Hall, provided by the sponsor and approved by the Church Office Bearers prior to display.
6. Finale Day Display
- If the December 24 Eve Program is in the Trinity Center → sponsor ads will appear on the Video Walls in between programs.
- If the December 24 Eve Program is in the Church Sanctuary → sponsor ads will be shown during the Raffle Finale segment.
7. Payment Deadline
50% of the sponsorship amount must be paid on or before November 10, 2025, and the remaining balance must be paid in full by December 14, 2025. Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in the sponsor’s privileges and display items being withheld from the December 24 Finale.
