Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting of Trinity Mar Thoma Church will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at 5810 Almeda Genoa Road, Houston, Texas 77048, immediately following the English Holy Communion Service, to transact the following agenda items:
• Annual Report – 2022• Approval of over and non-budgeted items• Audited Statement of Accounts – 2022• Annual Budget – 2023• Church Facility Project – status update• Accepting stock donations• FDIC insurance coverage limitation (and our Church accounts)• Elections: Diocesan Assembly Member (2 positions), Mandalam Member (1 position), Auditor (1 position), North Shore Prayer Group Representative• Select Team Leads: (a) Medical, (b) Inventory, (c) IT, and (d) Trinity Center Managers• Any Other Business, with the permission of the Chair
All General Body members are requested to attend the meeting.
Questions regarding the Annual Report, Statement of Accounts, and 2023 Budget must be submitted to the President & Vicar, Rev. Sam K. Easow, in writing on or before Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at 5:00 PM.
