🙏 Supporting Our Prayer Group Representatives

This year, in support of our Prayer Group Area Representatives, we will be sending a Sign-Up link directly to all parish members.
This helps make their work easier, especially in areas with 40–60 families, where reaching out individually takes a significant amount of time.

The sign-up form will collect the home visit invitations and preferences from families.
Once responses are received, the compiled list for each area will be shared with the respective Prayer Group Representative for coordination.

🏡 Encouraging Combined Home Visits

To reach as many families as possible, we also encourage families within the same area to consider combining their get-togethers if convenient.
Area Representatives may continue following up within their groups to support this effort.

🕒 Carol Visit Timing (Approximate)

To help families know roughly when the team may arrive in their area, our carol team follows a consistent timing pattern:

⭐ Friday Routes

  • 🕖 Start: 7:00 PM
  • 🕚 Finish: 11:00 PM

⭐ Saturday Routes

  • 🕡 Start: 6:30 PM
  • 🕚 Finish: 11:00 PM

⭐ Sunday Routes

  • 🕒 Start: 3:00 PM
  • 🕙 Finish: 10:00 PM

Actual arrival depends on:

  • The order of homes in your route
  • Travel time between locations
  • Family availability
  • Unforeseen delays

Our convenors will plan the best possible route to visit all invited homes efficiently.
